4th of July zutter book

with so many photos from the weekend of the 4th of july i had to make a book of its own. this book was made from my scraps. i hate to toss anything that can be used, no matter how small.

I worked so hard this weekend without leaving the house besides a few doggie potty breaks and a trip to pick up the sunday paper for matty. I am happy that i got so much done! The photo that is included here of the stack of pages is my 4th of July mini/big book- i made the entire thing in 2days! it is amazing and i will post the pics tomorrow.

Bailey came for a scrap weekend and she made an entire mini book too. Hers was all of her "accidents" in one book, because she is very accident prone. lol. Overall, it was a great weekend and it was too bad that it didn't rain the entire time because now (sunday night) i am bummed that i wasn't outside more...like by the pool. Of course then i think about how much i crafted : )

80th mini book

I finally put together several of my favorite photos from Grandma's 80th Birthday. I wanted to make something more than a scrapbook page for this group of photos. Here are a few photos...

I Got Mail

yep. you read correctly. i did get mail. mail from a good pal in Texas. my friend Nicole and i have had this idea to make a scrap book for each over every couple months. a collection of things that we find for each other while we are out shopping in our different states. since there are different products at the different locations of the same stores we usually shop at we will get a good variety for each other and make a fun box.

so today i recieved mine! here is what i got!

Saturday...check

Well, Saturday is over and done with. So I am checking that off. At least I can say that I got a lot of scrapping done. I made 2 12x12 layouts, one small 3.5x 3.5 mini album with 10 pages and a large large Fourth of July weekend misc sizes pages mini. Not even sure if I can call it a "mini" because it is going to be so fat once I compete it. All the photos are attached to the asorted patterned papers but hasn't been journaled or embelished much. Cannot wait to get that done tomorrow.

Also planned for tomorrow is to eat some yummy home cooked breakfast, go get photos in the sunflower fields by the lake, scrap some more pages and maybe cleanout a bit of my jam packed (understatment) closet.

my friend Bailey and I are going to get to some serious scrappin' today. she is picking up some pictures right now since the snapfish didn't come thought in get to her in a timely fashion. off to scrap but there will prob be pictures to come...

Saturday am "tailgated" for the scrapbook garage sale! It wasn't as jam packed with crazy scrappers and last time so there was way more for me! I more than doubled my purchases from the time before! Here are a few pics of our fun day!

a rude awakening

this am i was a little groggy and walking across the bedroom when i ran right into our HUGE unpacked luggage from our weekend getaway from the prevous wkend. i flew across the room and hit the floor. i was laughing and crying it hurt so bad. here are a few gross pix. sorry for the lack of pedicure. it's on my todo list.
