Trick or Treat

Rory did a great job greeting the children on the porch! No costume this year...Rory was happy about this!

Beautiful Fall!

 I love all the pretty colors of fall! And its been funny to see the dogs in their new back yard with all the leaves and squirrels. And did I mention all the squirrels!?

 They just stand and watch the leaves fall from the trees and when it gets quite the squirrels will venture into the yard and the dogs take off barking like crazy to remind those little critters whose yard it really is!

An afternoon to paint...

Do you remember these cute drawers from the Scrapbook Page's garage sale? Well here they are! Finally here I am completing my project that has been waiting for me for probably close to a year! Because I didn't buy them from the last sale but the one before that! Oops. I guess I was stalling.

Also this peg board that I think has been 3 colors now! Bubble gum pink, then blue and now white! I like the white. It will sit with all my white frames in my bedroom. Once when I place the photos in the frames and board I will prob take and post a photo! Don't hold your breath bc it could be a bit. haha!

Oh projects! I am crossing some off my list at least!

Reagan day 12

 Reagan day 12 after his attack and then infection.  After another check up from the """""""
\vet on Monday he still has a pretty good size infection inside the wound. You can see where it is raised around the wound and that needs to be gone before they would stitch him but it has shrunk in size greatly.  Hope he doesn't need stitches after all. The last 2 night he has been itching it and crying. Poor buddy. I wish he were a real boy so I could just put on a cartoon movie so he could forget about what was going on.

His next check up isTuesday!

Fall at my house

Reagan-day 3

 Today was bad. I thought I was going to come home to a recovering puppy but what did I find. A dog with a hole in his chest.  The hole is due to the infection in his chest.

 We went right over to the Animal ER tonight to get it cleaned out and more medications. I will be back in next couple of days either for more cleaning or stitches depending if the infection is gone yet or not.
 ** Sorry for those with a weak stomach.

 Reagan is not happy or amused by the t-shirt. He cannot believe that I am taking his photo.

 I wrote his name on the back! haha

 I keep telling him how cool he looks but he doesn't believe me.

Reagan update

 Yes, that is a tooth puncture hole on his chest...

Reagan is doing well tonight. He is very bruised but swelling is down more than half. It just looks really bad. I think he is going to make it!

Mr Boo Boo

Poor Reagan.  He is injured again.
This weekend Reagan was staying at his favorite daycare for the weekend while I visited Bailey's new baby out of town. While playing out back Reagan got jumped by a lab mix.  His injuries are pretty bad, they consisted of a large abscess on his chest where he was bit.  The size of it is probably the size of my fist and looks like a large boob that leaks blood. The pressure dressing that I put together is helping.  I hope the swelling goes down more tomorrow between that and the fever he is making me worried. He also cannot lay down by himself since this is right in the middle of the chest.

I was told that the dog that did this freaked out being a first timer at the daycare and has been told that he cannot return.
