Say NO to Auto

This is something neat I stumbled across and wanted to share:

Say No! to Auto: 3 basic steps to understanding manual settings

heres the jist:
I have broken down the complicated method of using the manual settings on slr cameras and narrowed it down to 3 basic questions you must ask yourself before taking a shot. I want to make it affordable to everyone, so selling the e-book for just $10. It is 18-4×6 pages with picture examples and settings of those images to help you in any lighting situation you may find yourself. I intentially made it pocket sized so it was easily transportable. This is an e-book, so you can print it and spiral bind it or put a ring on it, or even slip the 4×6 prints inside of a mini photo album to bind the book. {E-book means that I am not mailing a hard copy to you, but e-mailing you a digital copy for you to print}

tiny photo

in the mail the other day we got a nice card from Matt's grandparents. enclosed was this tiny photo of Matt when he was little. isn't he cute?! i thought it was sweet they wanted to send this tiny memory

Album labels

I have all my matching American Craft albums standing upright and have trouble telling which is which without pulling them out to look at the cover.

I decided to make these cute tags but I am needing some suggestions with how to attach them.

Should I punch a hole and use string to loops from the inside ring...or use a clip of some type. I would like to leave the small cloths pins but they are only temporary bc I dont think they will stay on.

I would love to hear what YOU think I should do...

A Whole Dollar

I am blogging about this bc I am surprised at how cool this stamp is. First off it stamps great! Second it was only a dollar. Thats right one dollar.

I embossed this stamp in gold for a page in my 'GaGa' mini book.

Amazing deal

A super duper find. I dont know how it happened but I was able to find a 'Martha Stewart' glitter pack for under $4 on clearance. This never happens. Amazing day at 'Michaels'!

paint a title

my layout turned out completely different than i had planned. i wanted to paint the letters black. after i had done so i liked the shadow of the paint on the craft paper better than the plain old letters. so here is what turned out...
