My wkend

this would be my wkend in review. the only thing to make it better would be to actually work on some scrapbooking!

The highlights:
*New purse! Finally!
*hanging out with family
*shucking corn like pros, yes we're from Iowa
*SB Convention

DSM Fire tonight

tonight there was a huge fire that has been burning in Urbandale for hours...driving by the area these are the photos that i got when we stopped to see with the hundreds of people standing out in the street

Des Moines SB Convention

today at the DSM scrapbook convention...

the best booth i hit was the one with bins and bins of ten and twenty cent papers! amazing!

Tuesday Creations

Around Me

I like to to surrounded by all my projects and favorite things while I work on my projects...

one of the photos shows the new wooden magazine holder that holds all my favorite tall stickers that was found at Tuesday AM on clearance. i am planning on recovering the gold pattern on the front but need to pick a fav paper first.

the basket holds 12x12 papers and projects that sits on the floor next to my chair.

last but not least the boxes of projects all gathered together and ready to be completed when the time comes to create...all the photos and papers will already be collected to put the project together! A time saver for when i am ready to get to work

2 layouts

sorry for the lack of blogging in the past 3wks but we have been traveling every wkend. which means tons of new photos to print and scrap! which is great but overwhelming! here are two of the layouts i put together this wkend...

last wkends scraps

before leaving to visit Grandma for the wkend I was able to create two layouts to show her our last time together...
