Here's the story behind the "pony leg wraps":
Reagan has decided that HE WILL catch the "ghetto squirrels" that taunt him in the back yard.
Once I open the back door Reagan throws himself down the stairs in order to move as quick at possible to catch those darn furry critters. But it is hard to sneak up on them with so much barking. Maybe next time he tells himself!
